THE (R)EVOLUTION BEGINS WITHIN.

MY STORY

I’ve always been drawn to what lives beneath the surface—of people, culture, & consciousness. While others chased certainty, I found myself pulled toward mystery, meaning, and the kind of beauty that can’t be bought or staged.

My path hasn’t been linear, like at all. It’s been a whirling twirling spiral—winding through corporate america, van life, yoga studios, festival fields, grief circles, and boardrooms. Along the way, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it is when people remember who they are and reclaim their voice, body, and purpose.

I created Community Alliance for Psychedelics & Spirituality (CAPS) and Embodied Katalyst to hold space for that remembering. Whether I’m stewarding a global network of psychedelic leaders, holding space for integration, or crafting transformative community experiences, my work is always in service to reconnection—to self, another, and to something greater than us all.

WHY I TEACH?

Teaching, for me, isn’t about transferring knowledge — it’s about stewarding transformation.

We each carry a deep wisdom within us waiting to be reawakened. My role is to help people return to that inner knowing, their bodies innate healing intelligence and community.

I’ve experienced the transformation that happens when we slow down, reconnect to our bodies, and feel safe enough to be seen. The magic lives in witnessing someone come alive in their truth, and I’m here to steward the container where that transformation can unfold in community.

I teach to create spaces where reverence, play and connection can reawaken.  Every person I work with becomes a mirror, a teacher, a reminder that this path is never walked alone. I teach to serve, to grow, and to remember — together.

My work is rooted in values like radical self-expression, deep integrity, community care, and embodiment. I honor self-care as a revolutionary act and hold space where people can safely explore who they are beneath the noise.

To me, transformation isn’t about becoming someone new — it’s about remembering who you’ve been all along & the courage to be seen. In a world that often asks us to dim our light, I’m here to support the kind of transformation that invites us to shine.
